75 Broadway: The Residences and the Wellness Level

The building

75 Broadway is a 52-story tower in Brickell with 106 residences, seven of them penthouses, and three residences on a typical floor. Ytech is the developer. Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) designed the building, ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel) the interiors and Enea Landscape Architecture the landscape. The residential butler service was developed in collaboration with The British Butler Institute.

What separates the plans

Residence B is one of only 33 one-bedroom residences in the building. The den is a real room, 11 by 9 feet behind glass-panel doors, and the plan carries two full baths and a powder room around a 17 by 25 foot great room and a private balcony.

Residence C is the two bedroom, and its great room is the reason to look at it: 47 feet by 23′6″ in curved glass, part of 118 linear feet of glass in the residence. The primary bath is in curved glass too, with a solid-stone tub.

Residence A is the three bedroom, with a 35 by 35 foot great room inside 77 linear feet of curved glass, 130 linear feet of glass in all, and east and south exposures over Biscayne Bay and Simpson Park. It adds an independent full-size refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen.

What comes finished

Every residence is delivered fully finished: closets in all rooms, millwork, cabinetry, dropped ceilings and ceiling coves with integrated lighting, natural stone floors, floor-to-ceiling marble in the bathrooms and sculptural marble tubs. The kitchen was designed by Antonio Citterio and crafted by Arclinea, commissioned exclusively for 75 Broadway, with Gaggenau appliances. Each residence opens from a private elevator foyer and has dedicated storage, with private package delivery, on its own floor.

The Wellness Level

Level 08 is a dedicated longevity and wellness floor: hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, cryotherapy, a cold plunge and a meditation garden. The developer’s program adds private balcony spa experiences, landscaped meditative gardens, active outdoor spaces and resident gathering areas. Above it, The Owner’s Club is on Level 51 and the rooftop garden, pool, jacuzzi and bar on Level 52, for over 42,000 square feet of private amenities in all.
